AlphaRecruitment is seeking a dedicated Contract 360 Driver for our client in Skegness, specialised in civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a 360-degree excavator on various construction sites, ensuring efficient and safe handling of materials and equipment. The role requires adhering to all health and safety regulations, maintaining operational integrity of machinery, and assisting with general site duties as needed. The ideal candidate must be proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently within a team environment, delivering quality work under deadlines.

Pay: £22 per hour
- Proven experience operating 360-degree excavators on construction sites.
- Valid CPCS or NPORS operative certification.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations related to civil engineering sites.
- Ability to interpret site plans and instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing project demands.
