Admin Support - Fife

Alpha Recruitment is looking for an Admin Support to start work for our Industrial Services client based in Fife on a contract basis. Our client is a UK leading industrial / construction services company.

Work will involve assisting with day to day running's of the site and general administration duties listed below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan and upload documents onto digital files.
  • Update and maintain job files with accurate information.
  • Organize documents to ensure quick and easy access.
  • Ensure data is entered and filed correctly in a timely manner.
  • Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Job Description:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Rate: £13.00ph, plus holiday pay
  • Duration: 12 weeks minimum
  • Hours: 39 hours per week
  • Requirements: Previous administration experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using basic computer
