Alpha Recruitment is looking for an Admin Support to start work for our Industrial Services client based in Fife on a contract basis. Our client is a UK leading industrial / construction services company.
Work will involve assisting with day to day running's of the site and general administration duties listed below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan and upload documents onto digital files.
- Update and maintain job files with accurate information.
- Organize documents to ensure quick and easy access.
- Ensure data is entered and filed correctly in a timely manner.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Job Description:
- Start date: ASAP
- Rate: £13.00ph, plus holiday pay
- Duration: 12 weeks minimum
- Hours: 39 hours per week
- Requirements: Previous administration experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using basic computer
