Alpha Recruitment is looking for an Office Administrator to start work for our client based in Atherton, Manchester.

 

Job Title: Office Administrator

The work will involve liaising with contracts & operations managers, assisting with day to day running's of the business and general administration duties such as:

  • Wages
  • Submitting payroll
  • Answering calls & emails
  • Employee training
  • Filing and inputting data
  • Management of Vehicle Fleet

 

Job Description:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Rate: £13ph
  • Duration: Temp-Perm
  • Hours: 8 hours per day (flexible)
  • Requirements: Previous administration experience

 

Requirements:

  • Valid Photo ID
  • Be able to provide 2 references
  • Previous experience essential
  • PPE
