Alpha Recruitment is looking for a Service Quality Manager on behalf of our client in the construction industry.
This is a work from home position with site visits required for audits located in Bramford. During these visits travel costs will be reimbursed.
This position will run until December 2026.
Key responsibilities:
- Define the overall quality strategy and the required resources to deliver a successful Service.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the Project inspection and audit plan.
- Supervise and coordinate all Consultant’s quality personnel assigned to the Service.
- Report to Project Quality Manager the quality service performance and progress with focus on the key risks and concerns.
- Ensure that all Company´s quality related requests are implemented on Sites by Suppliers.
- Manage the interface with Project Quality Manager, for instance variations, travel approvals, etc.
- Deliver overall quality service monthly report.
- Ensure appropriate lessons learnt are captured and shared with the Company
