Alpha Labour & Recruitment are currently recruiting for four experienced Site Managers on behalf of a growing construction contractor that has recently secured several new projects across the Healthcare, Education, Industrial and Commercial sectors.

We are looking for proactive and motivated Site Managers who can successfully deliver projects whilst maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

Duties will include:

• Managing and coordinating trades and subcontractors on site

• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme requirements

• Daily client and stakeholder liaison

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and details

• Planning and coordinating site activities

• Maintaining high levels of health and safety compliance

• Quality management and inspections

• Reviewing and implementing risk assessments and method statements

• Issuing permits to work

• Delivering site inductions and toolbox talks

• Producing weekly and monthly progress reports

• Managing labour, materials, and site logistics

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within the commercial construction sector

• Experience delivering Healthcare, Education, Industrial or Commercial projects

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Proactive and solution-focused approach

• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors

• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office

• SMSTS

• CSCS Card

• First Aid at Work
