Site Supervisor (SMSTS) – Enabling Groundworks
Location: Southend-on-Sea
Enabling & Groundworks – New Build School Project
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with SMSTS to oversee enabling and groundworks on a new build school project in Southend-on-Sea.
The Role:
- Supervising day-to-day site operations on enabling and groundworks
- Coordinating subcontractors and labour on site
- Ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and to specification
- Managing health & safety compliance in line with site requirements
- Liaising with site management and project teams
Requirements:
- SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)
- Proven experience in groundworks and enabling works
- Strong understanding of site health & safety
- Ability to manage teams and maintain programme
- First Aid
- CSCS Card
