Job Description
We are seeking reliable Scaffolding Laborers for an immediate start on an active site in Birmingham.
This is initially a temporary contract, but offers long-term, ongoing work for reliable operatives who show a good work ethic and standard.
The primary role involves carrying, transporting, and shifting scaffolding gear and materials across a multi-story apartment complex. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position that requires good physical fitness and endurance.
Key Responsibilities:

Transporting and manually handling scaffolding equipment around apartment blocks

Assisting the scaffolding team with material staging, loading, and unloading

Maintaining site safety and keeping work areas clear
Requirements:

Valid CSCS or CISRS Trainee/Laborer Card

Physically fit and comfortable with continuous heavy lifting

Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, safety boots, gloves)

Excellent attendance, reliability, and strong work ethic
